To create and send a summary of all annotations in a PDF document via E-Mail, just follow the steps below:
iPhone
- Open the document containing the annotations you want to send.
- Open the Share Menu as indicated in the screenshots below.
- Select Annotation Summary.
- Tap on Share.
- Tap on the Mail App Icon.
iPad
- Open the document containing the annotations you want to send.
- Open the Share Menu as indicated in the screenshots below.
- Select Annotation Summary.
- Tap on Share.
- Tap on the Mail App Icon.
