Why are the files on my iPad not automatically transferred to my iPhone?

Automatic synchronization between devices is currently not supported. We are already working on this feature and it will be shipped as part of the Premium Subscription as soon as we are ready.

I lost the password to one of my PDF files, can you help?

We are sorry! But there is really nothing we can do. We don’t know your passwords. More information on protecting PDF documents with a password.

PDF Pro takes up a lot of disk space, what can I do about it?

PDF Pro caches a lot of stuff to provide a fast user experience. If want to free up some space, just clear the cache manually.

Can I submit feature requests?
