Restore Premium Subscriptions

In case you reset your device or restored from a backup to a new device it may be necessary to manually restore your premium subscription.

Just follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are logged in into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used for your subscription.
  • Inside PDF Pro open the settings.
  • Goto Premium Subscription.
  • Tap on the “Restore” button in the upper right corner as indicated in the screenshots below.

If restore fails, nothing happens or you get an error:

  1. Check the restrictions on your device to make sure in-app purchases are allowed.
  2. Check your purchase history in iTunes on your computer to make sure that you were charged for the purchase.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. If restore still is not possible, please contact Support.
