In case you reset your device or restored from a backup to a new device it may be necessary to manually restore your premium subscription.
Just follow the steps below:
- Make sure you are logged in into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used for your subscription.
- Inside PDF Pro open the settings.
- Goto Premium Subscription.
- Tap on the “Restore” button in the upper right corner as indicated in the screenshots below.
If restore fails, nothing happens or you get an error:
- Check the restrictions on your device to make sure in-app purchases are allowed.
- Check your purchase history in iTunes on your computer to make sure that you were charged for the purchase.
- Restart your device.
- If restore still is not possible, please contact Support.
